Job Description :As the Front Desk Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in our practice’s day-to-day operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping to schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage the flow of patient information. This role requires someone who can read a situation, think on their feet, and be proactive in making sure everything runs smoothly. You will also assist with collecting payments and working closely with our team to ensure the overall success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities :Answer incoming phone calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments for hygiene and treatment.Coordinate patient flow by managing appointment scheduling and ensuring efficient use of our provider’s time.Collect payments and verify insurance information in a timely and accurate manner.Communicate treatment plans to patients and assist with discussing financial options to ensure patient understanding and satisfaction.Build strong relationships with patients to promote trust and retention.Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional patient experience.Assist in administrative tasks such as managing patient records and ensuring accurate documentation.Stay organized and forward-thinking to support practice growth and operational efficiency.Qualifications :2-5 years of experience in the dental field, with a solid understanding of dental procedures and terminology.Strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone.Ability to think critically, read a situation, and take initiative.Must be a self-starter with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once.Previous experience working in a dental office and selling dental treatment is preferred.Proficient with dental office software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Dentrix, Dental Intel, Modento)Positive attitude, team-oriented, and able to work well with others.Must be forward-thinking, always considering the long-term success and growth of the practice.Why Work With Us?Competitive salary with opportunities for growth.Friendly, supportive team environment.The opportunity to make a real impact on the success of our practice and the care we provide to our patients.Ongoing professional development and training.If you’re ready to contribute to a growing dental practice and thrive in a dynamic, patient-focused environment, we’d love to meet you!
