Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and smooth front desk operations while providing excellent customer service to guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff, including training and scheduling
- Ensure guest check-in and check-out processes are handled efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Oversee reservations and room assignments
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's phone systems
- Conduct night audits as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests
