Highline School District Overview

Highline is committed to providing all of our students with a world-class education, but we face a challenge: deteriorating facilities that have far outlived their lifespan, obsolete infrastructure, inadequate technology, and a rapidly growing student population. In February 2015, a bond measure addressing these challenges did not receive the 60 percent voter approval required for passage. During the 2015-16 school year, the School Board and district leaders are hosting a series of community meetings to gather input on meeting these challenges. Independent architectural firms conducted surveys... of all Highline's facilities in 2008 and 2013.
