Job Summary:
- Performs a variety of assigned administrative tasks related to the efficient operation of the loan department. Prepares correspondence and various reports for Department and Credit Committee. Assists lending customers with inquiries and provides administrative support to Lenders.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist and direct loan customers in person as they enter department, or assist by phone with loan questions
- Prepares, transcribes and distributes meeting minutes
- Compile loan portfolio information for management
- Maintain form changes, manuals, T-rates and interest rates for internal communication
- Provide Notary Services, answer and route calls, schedule meetings
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Mastery of grammar and spelling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, keyboarding skills
- Notary Public
