Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk and housekeeping.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train a team of employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations.
- Hilton managerial experience highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
