Overview: The Staffing Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various roles across our client organizations. This position requires a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with the appropriate job openings.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, job requirements, and company culture to ensure successful placements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing support and guidance throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for helping people find their ideal job.
