Duties:
- Conduct research to identify potential candidates for open positions
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Utilize recruitment software to manage candidate information and track progress
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and candidate sourcing
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
