Required Skills:
- Overall technical business analyst experience. Required. 7 yrs
- Experience with Service Management (ServiceNOW preferred or similar IT Service Management tools). Required. 2 yrs.
- Experience in automating workflows in a Service Management application. Required. 2 yrs.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills experience. Required. 2 yrs.
- Experience communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required. 2 yrs.
- ITIL/Service Management. Desired. 2 yrs.
- Knowledge of ServiceNOW to automate workflow management. Desired. 1 yr.
- Process improvement experience. Desired. 1 yr.
- Ability to identify value-added steps and eliminate non-value-added steps in workflows. Desired. 1 yr.
