ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is responsible for operating various pieces of mobile equipment to transport material from one location to another, as well as conducting pre and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operation of the equipment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is responsible for operating various pieces of mobile equipment to transport material from one location to another, as well as conducting pre and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operation of the equipment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
- Learning to operate several pieces of equipment including but not limited to; Loaders, Excavators, Backhoes, Scrapers Dozers, Haul Trucks and Vacuum Trucks.
- Maintains plant grounds through the use of sweepers and fast-vacs.
- Performs visual and safety inspections of the equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with MSHA standards.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and other requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education: High School diploma/GED

- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
