**Job Overview:**

Join our team as a Bartender and be an integral part of our hospitality staff. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to our guests, ensuring exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

**Duties:**

- Mix and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment

- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age

- Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders

- Assist in organizing and executing catering events

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in bartending techniques and drink recipes

- Experience with Silverware POS or similar point-of-sale systems

- Strong sales skills to promote beverages effectively

- Knowledge of catering procedures is a plus

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills

- Competence in cash handling procedures

- Understanding of food safety regulations
