We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for 3 year old children in a ½ day program. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to help students achieve their academic goals. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and participation - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities - Utilize various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles - Incorporate technology into lessons to enhance student learning - Maintain accurate records of student attendance and assessments - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns or issues - Foster a safe and respectful classroom environment that encourages positive behavior and good citizenship - Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education and Health and Human service requirements Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field - Valid teaching certification or license - Experience working with preschool aged students in a classroom setting - Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline - Experience with special education or inclusionary practices is a plus - Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders Join our team of dedicated educators who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our students.
