*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences during their stay. *Responsibilities* - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival - Check guests in and out efficiently, providing necessary information about the hotel and its amenities - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Operate phone systems to answer calls and direct them appropriately - Perform night audit duties including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with guest relations to ensure a positive experience throughout their stay *Skills* - Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment - Multilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse guests - Experience with night audit procedures is preferred - Knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality industry, and guest relations - Strong front desk skills including check-in/check-out processes - Excellent phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries professionally

Pay: $14.00 - $14.75 per hour
