HPF uses Private Lenders to finance the purchase and rehab of their homes and in doing so, has created a 10 year track record of on-time payments. Just like a bank, Private Lenders in our Secured Capital Program enjoy fully collateralized security for the money they lend to HPF as well... as a short-term fixed interest rate.
