We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of operations, including budgeting and financial management.
• Oversee staff training and development to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
• Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting a safe working environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Support the General Manager in developing strategies for increasing sales and improving overall profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash handling, and POS systems.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop staff effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
