Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and orders.
- Process transactions using the POS system, including cash register operations.
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking as needed.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage pricing, discounts, and sales effectively.
- Keep the counter area organized and clean to provide a welcoming environment for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dealership or retail setting.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Skills
- Proficient in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems (CMMS).
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
