We are currently hiring part time and full time Carpenters, Craftsmen, and Laborers.
Responsibilities include:
· Perform tasks common to residential construction
· Build intentional relationships with clients and team members
· Take pride in and maintain an organized and clean job site / workspace
· Interest in continuous learning to enhance craftmanship skills and business
· Enjoy being a part of a team to achieve greater success together
· Have accountability and reliability characteristics
· Use an ownership mindset to achieve high quality craftsmanship in work products and to make a daily impact for clients and oneself
· Enjoys a job well done
Must have a driver's license, an open mind, and enthusiasm for building cool stuff.
Reliable transportation is necessary to travel to job sites around the Manhattan and Wamego areas.
Full time employees are eligible for PTO, paid holidays, and employer matched IRA after waiting period.
