What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthcare Administrative Assistant position at HOPE 4 HEALING, INC?
Maintain relationships and assist in the processing and following up of all orders.
Duties:
- Answering phone, taking messages and responding to questions as required.
- Ability to speak on products we offer with confidence.
- Maintain relationships with patients and therapists.
- Proficient in all computer programs utilized by Hope 4 Healing (Hope 4 Healing customer database, Navinet, Availity, Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and any other program required).
- Thank for orders by email, phone or fax as required.
- Contact customers for payment and utilize our credit card processing portal.
- Keep therapists and patients informed of entire order, billing and shipping of products.
- Following up on all orders for Office Manager.
- Filing of patient files.
- General office duties as required.
- Over the counter fittings as required.
Skills/Qualifications:
No degree required
Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, PC Proficiency, Productivity, Verbal Communication, Organizational Skills.
- Five 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday work week. 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
