As an Account Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Field Service team and enhancing our commitment to customer satisfaction. This position involves managing parts pricing and facilitating small projects while directly interacting with customers to address their inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technicians and customers to develop proposals for equipment repairs or replacements.
- Manage all aspects of repairs, including purchases, deliveries, orders, and schedules.
- Review, adjust, and approve invoices related to repairs, reaching out to customers as necessary to manage invoice payments.
- Track and analyze customer inquiries, feedback, and service history to identify key trends or opportunities.
- Track and follow up on sales leads generated by field technicians.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with service customers.
Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- 3 years of experience in the HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical industry is a plus.
- Prior field experience (working with tools, materials, leading projects, etc.) is a plus.
