Luxury resort in Naples, FL, set to open in 2025, seeks an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to oversee all dining operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining. This role offers the opportunity to lead a pre-opening team and shape the resort’s Food & Beverage division into a world-class operation.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts with multi-outlet operations.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with creativity and business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Oversee menu development, budgeting, and labor cost management.
- Collaborate with the Planning Committee on long-term strategies to achieve excellence in service and operations

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
