Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at HOTWORX. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, promoting our services, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and provide tailored recommendations on membership options.
- Conduct informative tours of the studio, highlighting the benefits of our infrared workout sessions and guiding prospective members through our facilities.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our membership packages, promotions, and special offers.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of HOTWORX services, pricing, and membership policies.
- Provide outstanding customer service to members, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the studio is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to promote brand awareness and drive membership growth.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in a fitness, wellness, or hospitality setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
