Duties
- Perform accurate data entry from driver's pay sheets.
- Type and input data into spreadsheets and databases with high accuracy.
- Collect, organize, and file documents as needed to maintain an efficient office environment.
- Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and updating records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports by compiling relevant data from various sources.
- Utilize software applications such as Excel for data management and analysis.
- Support other clerical tasks as assigned to facilitate smooth office operations.
Experience
- Proficiency in data entry with a strong understanding of office procedures.
- Familiarity with database management systems and file organization techniques.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting is preferred.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
