UHNW family is seeking a Houseman. The role has great benefits, bonus and comp. Must have 5-10 plus years of experience as Houseman.
The scope of responsibilities is broad, and will evolve as the family's needs change. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, efficient, and a team-player. Someone who is discreet, resourceful, respectfully assertive and a natural problem solver will do best in the role. Job duties include but are not limited to:
● Maintaining calendars
Managing house staff
● Maintenance
Email and task management
● Maintaining staff schedules and operations
● Coordinating and supervising vendors
● Travel arrangements
● Shipping and receiving (small items as well as high value, large items)
● Record keeping
● Overseeing projects and renovations at properties
● Assisting with design projects (mockups, research, project managements and communicating between parties)
● Conducting and summarizing research on various projects
● Setting up and maintaining house manuals and systems
● Basic technology set-up and troubleshooting
● Party / Event planning, set up and coordination
● Holiday planning
● Acting as gatekeeper / air traffic control / right hand for the family
● Anything else that might make the family's life easier!
The candidate must be tech proficient, especially with Apple products / iOS software
Microsoft Office products. - Massive attention to
Detail is required, along with common sense, creativity and follow-through on daily tasks is necessary to be successful in the role.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
