A growing private equity firm seeks an Operations Project Manager that will work closely with the front office, Investment Professionals, Portfolio Companies, on various projects
This role in onsite in Chicago or NYC.
Responsibilities:
Take lead in developing and tracking performance on projects, ensuring quality control throughout
Manage deadlines while providing feedback and project updates to COO
Engage with third-party firms and portfolio companies to gather information and maintain updated figures on a rolling basis, as necessary
Serve as point of contact for internal employees, portfolio companies and third-party firms for projects
Assist in the development and implementation of firm-wide initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of relevant operations/project management experience in the investment management space with strong communication & collaborative skills and intellectual curiosity.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
