This role is part of Senior Leadership and is responsible for driving the sales and customer service teams toward achieving their individual and collective sales goals. This role focuses on managing operations between the sales and administration teams, holding the team accountable for opportunity follow-ups, sales performance, and overall sales strategy. This role will also negotiate construction bids to secure contracts at the most competitive rates and will play a key role in expanding our business through the acquisition of new larger distributors. Key Responsibilities:
? Team Accountability: Ensure the sales team follows up on opportunities and meets sales goals while creating a culture of accountability.
? Communication Management: Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and the administration team, promoting clarity and collaboration.
? Sales Strategy Development: Analyze market trends and competition to develop strategies that drive sales growth, leveraging data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and spot mistakes early.
? Contract Negotiation: Handle negotiations for construction bids and manage contracts/special pricing for larger distributors and key clients, ensuring competitive positioning.

? New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on larger distributors and expanding the client base.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field highly beneficial
? 8-10 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of overseeing a team of at least five individuals or managing multiple departments.
? History of strong performance in sales, with experience promoting and selling multiple products (50 ).
? Comfortable with and demonstrated history of holding accountability within a sales environment.
? Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a clear ability to convey expectations and motivate a team.
? Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and plans.
? Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and the Microsoft Suite.
? Possesses strong critical thinking skills, is analytical, resourceful, and proactive.
