Brief Description
Leads the development and implementation of a DevOps strategy to ensure high-quality software deployments and maintain robust application performance. Fosters collaboration between development, quality assurance, and IT operations teams to enhance communication, integration, and overall productivity. Requires comprehensive expertise across multiple IT domains, including software development, infrastructure, IT operations, and quality assurance. Streamlines data and information flow by reducing redundancy and enhancing accessibility within secure boundaries. As a senior leader, oversees multiple teams of experienced IT professionals managed by senior managers. Drives strategy execution and operational direction in alignment with the organization's goals and the CIO's vision

Job Requirements
Education
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in the Information technology field or related discipline.
Experience
Required
- Minimum of seven years managing and leading information technology professionals in private/public industry with primary responsibility for IT software development, maintenance, advanced configuration/ modification and related functions.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in managing vendor relationships.
- Significant experience in leading high impact changes in a team-oriented culture.
- Demonstrated success in managing a diverse workforce within a multi-disciplined enterprise IT work center.
Desired
- IT management and leadership experience within the utility industry or related enterprise comprising both conventional IT functions as well as Operational Technologies (e.g. SCADA).
- Three or more years managing and leading IT professionals in a managerial leadership capacity
License and Certification Requirements

- Valid driver’s license from state of residence
