What You’ll Be Doing:
Running the Honda Parts Department for Indiana’s Giant through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and active inventory management.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Manage Parts Inventory daily
- Manage Parts Dept Employees & delivery service
- Interview and make new hires within the Parts Dept
- Prioritize urgent parts
- Ensure customers have a positive dealership experience
- Spend quality time building relationships with direct parts customers & wholesale accounts
