We are seeking a dynamic and sales-oriented Lease-Up Leasing Consultant to join our team. This individual will assist with the lease-up of our brand-new community in North Oakland! The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, possess strong organizational skills, and have a passion for helping prospective residents find their perfect home. This position will need someone savvy in marketing the community on social media platforms and setting up show appointments with prospects.
Compensation:$45,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from prospective residents, while delivering precise, engaging, and persuasive information to drive interest and sales
- Ensure consistent and prompt follow-up with prospects to reach and uphold a minimum closing ratio of 35%, calculated from the number of leases relative to total tours conducted
- Monitor all prospects within the CRM system and generate daily and weekly leasing reports that outline the progress of the sales cycle
- Lead apartment tours for potential residents, address their inquiries, and highlight the property's unique advantages
- Ensure that all leasing paperwork, applicant screenings, credit checks, and application requirements are completed
- Make it a priority to consistently analyze the market for insights on competitor availability and pricing trends
- Manage daily administrative tasks in the office
- Showcase the features and amenities of the property in an appealing manner to potential tenants, making it easier to finalize rental agreements
- Promote our available property through various media channels and engaging promotional materials to ensure swift rentals for all listings
- Understand your potential clients by discussing their needs, desires, and budget. This will help you identify properties that align with what they’re looking for
- Finalize the negotiations on the leasing terms and conditions to successfully close the deal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
