Executive Assistant – Corporate

HunaTek is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support C-Suite Executives in our dynamic and growing federal business. This role will provide administrative and office management leadership in HunaTek’s corporate headquarters.

As our Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Collaborating across multiple departments to help maintain daily operations
  • Managing relationships with office service providers and vendors
  • Developing professional quality slides and communications in coordination with company executives
  • Making and managing travel arrangements, as needed.
  • Assisting executives with scheduling and expense reporting
  • Supporting the planning and execution of company-wide events
  • Greeting visitors and maintaining security protocols
  • Managing office supplies, mail, and package shipments
  • Organizing in-office and off-site meetings including catering when required
  • Supporting the development of monthly newsletter and other internal communications
  • Coordinating IT hardware and access for new hires, as well as maintaining inventory.
  • This role may also assist with our social media presence and other special projects.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage and track multiple projects and tasks
  • Solid computer skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe, Teams
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in an administrative role
  • 5 years of experience working for a Federal Contractor
  • Experience working in a government contracting environment is desired
  • Ability to carry, pull, or push up to 20 pounds.

Work location: HunaTek’s office is in Herndon, VA. You may work a hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office.
