Hunton Andrews Kurth seeks a Finance Associate to join its business finance & healthcare practice group in a full-time, partnership-track associate position. Candidates will have at least 4 to 6 years of finance experience, which includes a variety of finance transactions, with an emphasis on Article 9 of the UCC, syndicated lending transactions and middle market lending transactions. Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in workouts is also useful. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record; exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills; experience leading transactional documentation and closings; and be a true team player. This position can be filled in our Atlanta or Houston offices. Candidates licensed in the jurisdiction to which they are applying is preferred and in any event required within one year of joining the firm.
