Duties/Responsibilities
- Thoroughly assess scope of work to provide customer with multiple options/estimates.
- Develop great rapport and communication with customer to ensure clear understanding on estimates provided or work being performed
- Execute high quality work with minimal call-backs. Quality assurance on all jobs is mandatory.
- Utilizes Service Titan fully: Summary of findings on every job, thorough description of work completed or work to be completed per estimate, material usage accuracy, before and after pictures are uploaded.
- Provides every customer with 5 star service.
- Communicates well with Dispatch daily
Compensation Program
- This is a commission based position that receives a weekly cash advance – our skilled Techs have the ability to earn up to $150,000.00 per year.
Basic Qualifications
- 3 years Residential Service/ Sales Experience (PL02), including building written estimates for immediate, preventative, and/or upgraded equipment/service
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Valid/Current EL01/EL02 license with WA L&I
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and perform manual labor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trades.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic math and conversion of measurements
- Must live within a 30 mile radius of Tacoma location for dispatch purposes
- Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions, around gas lines, around fumes and toxic chemicals, indoors and outdoors
