Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Execution:
- Establish and enforce a governance framework that is aligned with the vision & strategy of the PMO.
- Partner with leadership to prioritize program initiatives and optimize resource allocation and workload balancing.
- Provide hands-on leadership for large-scale programs from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Define portfolio objectives, scope, and success metrics, while ensuring proper resource allocation.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for project/program management best practices, governance policies & standard PMO processes for the organization.
- Lead and mentor a team of program managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, functional leaders, and external partners to ensure continued alignment with business priorities throughout the program timeline.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed, and communication remains clear and consistent.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Resolve escalations and remove roadblocks to maintain program/project momentum.
- Ensure compliance with Panasonic & industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
- Ensure strategy for change management is included in all projects.
- Develop and manage program/project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Optimize resource allocation across projects to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Establish dashboards and tools to consistently track financial performance and report on key metrics to executive leadership.
- Establish and refine program/project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks, increasing organizational maturity.
- Foster a data-driven culture, leveraging analytics for decision-making and performance tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program/project delivery and organizational agility.

- Excellent track record in establishing and leading a PMO in a complex organization.
- Strong track record of managing and completing complex, cross-functional enterprise-wide programs/projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Cross functional experience in areas such as engineering, Finance, IT, Manufacturing preferred,
- Demonstrated experience establishing organizational credibility and confidence with executive leadership to operate & make business impact decisions autonomously.
- Ability to act as an organizational change agent capable of influencing cross-functional teams and facilitating consensus best fit outcomes that will deliver long term Hussmann stakeholder results.
- Proven organizational agility to drive impactful program deployment with Organizational Change Management acumen and effectiveness.
- Proficient with agile software development and project manager methodologies
- Excellent communications and documentation skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience in program / project budgeting and cost control
