Job Summary:
Adapt of Illinois, a progressive social services agency, has a management position open to work in a rehabilitative setting in Collinsville, IL. As Program Director in a long-term care center, you will provide oversight of a recovery-based program serving adults diagnosed with serious mental illness.
Key Responsibilities:
· Advocate for the needs of an underserved population
· Hire, train, lead, supervise, and evaluate a team of mental health professionals
· Complete referral screening and intake of new clients
· Consult and liaise with clinical consultants and allied agencies
· Facilitate community placement and coordinate other case management duties
· Complete quality assurance tasks
· Be available for on-call responsibilities (using company-issued cell phone)
Qualifications / Requirements:
· Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other human services field required
· LCPC/LCSW required
· Two years relevant experience preferred
· Supervisory and management experience
· Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
· Strong computer, writing, and time management skills
· An interest in working in a team environment where clinical skill development is valued
· A strong desire to help individuals with mental illness recover lost skills and reduce stigma
Salary Range:
Salary range of $69,600 - $87,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
