- 8 years of relevant project experience
- Proven experience in IT program delivery, with a strong track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
- Background in supply chain management; experience in traceability is a plus
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
