Job Description Summary : Enterprise Account Manager / Sales Engineer
HydroPoint is seeking a full-time Enterprise Account Manager with a strong Sales Engineering and Data Analysis focus. This role will report to the Manager of Account Management, with dotted-line collaboration with a team of Enterprise Account Executives who will help drive day-to-day priorities.
The Enterprise Account Manager will act as both a customer-facing technical resource and strategic portfolio analyst, leveraging data insights to drive customer expansion through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. This individual will play a key role in identifying high-impact opportunities based on ROI-driven prioritization, helping customers maximize their investment while accelerating revenue growth.
Additionally, this role will serve as a critical link between the outside sales team and internal departments (training, marketing, customer success, and product teams) to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing customer success.

Key Responsibilities :
- Quota-carrying role focused on driving customer expansion and retention.
- Technical consultation & ROI analysis – Work closely with customers to analyze their portfolios, identifying high-value opportunities for expansion based on the quickest return on investment.
- Data-driven account prioritization – Leverage analytics to assess portfolio performance and guide sales strategy.
- Customer success & relationship management – Serve as the internal advocate for key accounts, ensuring they receive the necessary training, support, and resources.
- Salesforce & CRM proficiency – Manage key Salesforce functions to support the remote sales team with accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Onboarding & implementation support – Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating internal resources and ensuring optimal customer adoption.
- Strategic sales collaboration – Business Development and VAR partners to drive growth initiatives and maximize expansion opportunities.
