The Manager, Collections CRM will be primarily responsible for the management and development support activities related to Oracle Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Collections module. Design and facilitate configuration activities, upgrades, deployments, testing and troubleshooting, driving optimal collections workflows and assignments. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.

The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.

The Manager, Collections CRM will be primarily responsible for the management and development support activities related to Oracle Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Collections module. Design and facilitate configuration activities, upgrades, deployments, testing and troubleshooting, driving optimal collections workflows and assignments. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.
What You Will Do
- Manage the day-to-day and ongoing development activities and escalated issues related to CRM.
- Recommend and execute new business rules in CRM ensuring system configuration aligns with key deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks that impact ability to deliver on objectives. Collaborate with other technology and development staff to provide solution alternatives. Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, and end users.
- Configure, develop and enhance Oracle Siebel CRM Collections module rules engine to align with operational and strategic business needs.
- Provide regular updates, consultation, and review of CRM rules engine performance and capabilities.
- Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance. Assist in the development of other team members and provide day to day mentoring and guidance as requested by leadership.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- 6 years in project management or business analysis experience preferably in a financial services environment.
- Experience in the automotive finance industry, collections or call center operations strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
- Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM customization. Intermediate knowledge of Siebel platform and configuration including Workflow and Assignment Manager, BI Publisher and OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition).
- Knowledge of collections or other call center operations, particularly as it relates to system and operational workflow, strategies, and regulations.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle administration and release cycle methodology.
- Strong knowledge of operational systems, operationally related software and business tools, Microsoft products, data analysis tools, presentation software, and data management disciplines a must.
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner with minimal direction or oversight.
- Able to work well as an individual contributor and as a team member.
