ㅇ Take charge of supplier sourcing of EV, HEV North America projects and overall management of below activities. 1) Discover suitable suppliers of sub-component/parts in North America 2) Evaluate new suppliers and expand North America supplier pool 3) Fulfillment of localization to meet USMCA conditions - Achieve required target price - Meet required specifications and quality - Target : Sub-component/parts for below application * EV/HEV Motor, Inverter, Reducer gearbox, Transmission 4) Calculate of NA supplier price by each project (collect quotation) 5) Analysis of cost and price negotiation with supplier - Meet required HQ target price, Report quoted price to HQ 6) Bidding and supplier nomination 7) Review, modify supplier contract and responsible for project event (Fulfill requirement of purchasing, delivery, quality, etc) | ㅇ Experience with North American carmakers and Transmission company in Purchasing or Procurement position - America carmaker (Big 3) preferred - Transmission company (ZF, Aisin) preferred - Major Tier 1 preferred - High knowledge of Transmission/motor/inverter sub-component supplier

Main Duty to Localize organization | 1. Development of new local suppliers with price competitiveness (Global company, New North American enterprise, Local Company) - Investigate potential suppliers and evaluate new suppliers (Quality control and response level of mass production) - Expand supplier pool by fostering quality, development capabilities of suppliers - Review and discuss design specification to suppliers (MS/ES SPEC, packaging specification, etc.) - Review prime cost and price negotiation of piece price - Suggest for collaboration to cost competitive supplier for strategic partnership or long-term partnership - Response to parts development and manage development schedule, inspect process 2. Review measures to build price competitiveness by utilizing existing local companies - Utilization of existing machines and factory to minimize new investment cost 3. Encourage Korean companies to enter the local(North America) market - Review relationship with supplier’s other project volume our project volume - Reduce the risk of supplier’s investment cost, suggest strategic cost by securing operate funds and stabilize parts supply 4. Sharing information related to benchmarking other companies' production lines and localization - Investigate cost reduction factors and gathering VA/VE ideas and etc. 5. Collect and manage prime cost data to establish local prime cost standards - Raw materials, wage rate, main expense item, etc. (Cooperate with HQ if necessary) 6.
