Position Summary:
InnoBioSurg of America is looking for a self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who is willing to participate in Redefining Dental Implantology with Minimally Invasive Technology and protocols.
Our goal is to change this status quo. To give more patients the option of dental implants. To deliver new innovative instruments, protocols, and products that set a new standard in patient comfort through minimally invasive implant dentistry.
Position Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, oral surgeons, and dental specialists.
- Promote and sell InnoBioSurg of America's dental surgical implant devices, educating clients on the benefits and advantages of our products. Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a sales activity schedule to call on existing or potential accounts.
- Collaborate closely with dental professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Provide effective communication between leadership, departments, employees and external partners.
- CRM – Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily cold call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and quarterly territory analyses.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and establishing professional networks to provide product demonstrations to qualified customers.
- Represent InnoBioSurg of America at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Outside Sales experience is preferred.
- At least one year of sales experience is required.
