Clinic Supervisor (BCBA)
The Clinic Supervisor at ICAN-B’s Riverside location enjoys stable, full-time hours at one clinic location while supervising a small caseload and providing guidance to the clinical teams whose clients attend center-based services.

Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating across clinical teams to support center functions and clinical programs
- Working with Center Manager (administrator) to coordinate client and staff events
- Providing information, orientations, and trainings to clinic clients’ caregivers and families, in collaboration with the Center Manager and Regional Director
- Providing input towards clinic policies and procedures
- Providing supervision to clinic staff and coordination across their clinical teams
- Providing assessments, clinical programs, caregiver training, and ongoing supervision for small individual caseload
- Conducting FBAs for possible center-based clients
BCBAs at ICAN-B have:
- Monthly billable bonus ranging from $500 - $1,500
- Small caseloads
- Monthly group clinical meetings including case reviews, article reviews, and ethics training

ICAN-B is a clinician-owned ABA agency that serves families in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Orange County, and the Inland Empire via in-home, school-based, and center-based services as well as social skills and group caregiver training. Qualifications
- Active BCBAs in good standing with 2 years experience in the field of ABA
- Experience providing supervision to behavior technicians and supervised fieldwork to candidates working towards their BCBA
- Experience conducting culturally-responsive, individualized, and effective caregiver training and support
- Previous upper management experience at an ABA organization preferred, but not required!
- Spanish Speaking is a plus!
Educational Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited university
- Preferred (but not required) to have completed 8-Hour Supervision Training completed at time of hire
