Job Summary:
The HR Analyst I – Performance Development will work with the Performance Development Program manager to ensure the ongoing development, implementation and expansion of statewide Performance Development programs, processes and systems including, but not limited to, coordinating performance development processes, preparing communications, working with the information technology team and performance development system vendor to ensure data is current and accurate, coordinating and conducting agency and employee training sessions, and providing support to end users for both technology troubleshooting and performance development coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer organization-wide performance development processes and review cycles.
- Manage performance management systems and data, working with IT teams and direct hiring managers.
- Deliver training and create materials on performance processes and systems.
- Support continuous improvement of performance development programs and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field and or equivalent level 3 years of experience in performance development/management programs
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday Performance Enablement
- Experience with NeoGov Perform
- Solid working knowledge of performance development systems
- Experience facilitating development activities
- Experience creating training materials
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
