We are currently seeking Apprentice Milk Loaders to serve our Dairy Farm Customers. As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the industry. This position will provide valuable hands-on experience in operating tankers. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to safety.

Local Drivers are home daily, with varying shifts, sometimes overnight runs*
Pay starting at $25/hour after initial training.
- We will assist you to obtain your loaders license.
- Full-Time, year-round work.
Minimum Hiring Guidelines
- All Drivers must have a valid Class A CDL along with a tankers and doubles/triples endorsement.
- Must possess a valid DOT medical certificate issued by a certified medical examiner.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Clean driving record; preferred.
- Applicant must provide a full and complete employment background for the previous 10 years.
- Applicant must successfully pass a road test in equipment similar to which will be operated.
- Applicant must have knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
- Applicant must have the flexibility to work nights and weekends; we are a 24/7, 365 day a year operation.
Responsibilities
- Assist experienced professionals in performing various tasks related to the job.
- Learn and develop skills in transporting liquid bulk product over land to and from dairy farms and processing plants.
- Learn to maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
- Assist with delivery routes and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Learn to follow safety protocols, truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Learn to input “macros” into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process.
