This leadership role will ensure that the facility’s physical environment is in top condition, compliant with healthcare regulations, and provides a safe, efficient, and comfortable setting for patients, staff, and visitors.

Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a related field (e.g., Facilities Management, Engineering, Healthcare Administration)
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a plant operations or facilities management role, ideally in a healthcare setting
- Strong familiarity with healthcare-specific regulations and codes (e.g., Joint Commission, NFPA, local and state building codes)
- Proven experience managing and leading a facilities/maintenance team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and patient care systems
- Experience in overseeing or managing construction or renovation projects within a healthcare environment
- Certification in Healthcare Facilities Management (CHFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP)
