Job Description
Process daily orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Handle documentation for inbound and outbound inventory.
Collaborate on inventory management, including stock rotation and order fulfillment.
Maintain organized records and transactions and prepare reports.
Communicate with internal teams for seamless coordination.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments
Other general supply chain/office operations duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or College degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years related supply chain experience.
Experience in import and export customs clearance is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take on new challenges.
Bilingual in Mandarin is required.
