Canvassing Training Manager

The Role You Will Play

· Manage a team of canvassers in the field with a direct hands on approach. Provide motivation and coaching so you and your team can reach daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals. Our proven communication methods over the past 22 years have generated close to 300,000 original leads and over $200 million in business.

· Work closely with the Canvass Manager to oversee all canvassing field activities, including in the field and office training, along with holding daily meetings with the team.

· Help maintain and further the culture of Illinois Energy Windows & Siding through personal role modeling with a heavy focus on teaching others how to execute our proven recipes.

· Take advantage of the opportunity to grow your department, strengthen your team, and uplift performance through recruiting methods.

· The primary function of this role is to maintain and grow the existing team by building individual relationships, helping teach, implement system and process while providing solutions to the department.

Job requirements

· Strong work ethic

· Ability to walk up to 3 miles a day

· High School Diploma, College degree preferred or equivalent work experience

· Previous management experience in canvassing or face to face marketing

· Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

· Strong leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time hourly plus bonuses 56K – 100K per year.
