Position Summary:
We are currently searching for an innovative and imaginative video editor who is a natural leader and team player. Candidate will contribute to projects on both a conceptual and executional level. Responsibilities:
Work with our creative team to understand project scope and objectives
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
Assist in designing and creating storyboards
Edit raw video footage and implement effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables
Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web and mobile
Select audio, video, colors, and animation for graphic design
Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
Work with producers to resolve technical and/or design issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques
Qualifications:
Must be a savvy storyteller with professional creative techniques and tactics
A broad artistic vision, with diverse and creative styles, and an ability to bring to life a team's creative vision
Five years experience as a video editor
Proven experience telling stories with compelling imagery and engaging writing
Extensive experience in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, & Media Encoder
Organized and able to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
Experience with animation, 3D modeling, and cinematic shooting would be a plus
