With 95% of the work performed remotely, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a work-from-home environment, with only 1-2 required visits annually to their Grand Rapids, MI office. You must reside in Michigan to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065).
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws while providing high-quality tax planning services.
- Work closely with senior tax professionals to support more complex tax filings and resolve tax issues.
- Manage start-to-finish tax preparation processes for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Active Enrolled Agent (EA) designation (required).
- 2 years of experience in tax preparation with a focus on individual and small business returns.
- Familiarity with UltraTax CS or similar tax preparation software.
- Strong knowledge of Michigan tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
