Key Responsibilities:

As a Project / Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects as well as the following:

Ensuring and monitoring budget, timelines, resources, scope, and client expectations for a range of projects.
You are expected to be a SME with deep knowledge in Program Project Management based on your experience.
Act in an advisory role in meetings and be the primary contact for your area of expertise.
Publish on your area of expertise within and outside of and present at conferences.
Provide solutions to business areas and wide problems.
Contribute to and be hold directly and indirectly responsible for business area decisions.
You may be expected to define business area goals involved, contribute, and may be hold directly or indirectly responsible for organizational-level decisions.
Master proficiency in Program Project Management is required.
Master proficiency in Stakeholder Management is recommended.
Delivery Excellence with Intermediate proficiency is suggested. Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and objectives
Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and leadership
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and quality delivery Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes scheduling knowledge on data centers.
Managing schedules and permits for data centers and working with the data center land development managers.

Basic Qualifications:
