Industrial Air Technology Corp. (IAT) in Gaylord, MI is hiring Account Manager for their growing business.

Account Managers at IAT assist existing Clients as well as prospecting for and bringing in new Clients. In this position team members will be required to communicate well in an industrial business-to-business setting to understand Client’s Centrifugal Fan needs and propose effective solutions.

Applicants must be proficient using Microsoft Office tool. Previous sales or Customer Service experience in an industrial environment is preferred.

As an Account Manager at Industrial Air Technology Corp. you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for proactively developing and securing opportunities, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong Client relationships. This role requires an analytical thinker with a passion for delivering an exceptional Client experience.
What you will do:

  • Client Engagement: Proactively identify and engage with existing and potential Clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media and virtual meetings.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Client relationships, ensuring elevated levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and customer preferences accordingly.
