Overview: As a Product Manager for our eCommerce and Industrial paper-based packaging portfolio, including SeaStretch Paper Stretch Wrap, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable packaging solutions for the industry. You will lead the development and execution of our product strategy, driving innovation and delivering exceptional value to our customers. Your strategic vision, leadership skills, and deep understanding of paper-based packaging will be instrumental in guiding cross-functional teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy for our eCommerce and Industrial portfolio (SeaStretch Paper Stretch Wrap, Fanfold, Counter Roll, Shred and other yet to be developed products) that is aligned with our commitment to sustainability and the evolving needs of the eCommerce and industrial markets.
2. Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize features and enhancements for our paper-based packaging products based on market research, customer feedback, internal and external manufacturing capabilities, and sustainability considerations. Create and maintain a product roadmap that supports our business objectives and sustainability goals.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the development and delivery of innovative paper-based packaging solutions. Foster collaboration and communication to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
4. Product Development: Determine product requirements and key performance specifications to inform the end-to-end product development process for our paper-based packaging products, from concept to launch. Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, set timelines, and manage the product lifecycle.
5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and sustainability opportunities in the ecommerce packaging industry. Use insights to inform product decisions and drive competitive differentiation.
6. Customer Focus: Champion the voice of the customer in product development, gathering feedback through customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Use customer insights to continuously improve the functionality, sustainability, and user experience of our paper-based packaging products.
7. OEM partnerships : Collaborate with relevant OEMs in support of product development and go-to-market strategies.
8. Performance Tracking: Define and track key product metrics related to sustainability, performance, and customer satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive business growth.
9. Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executives. Build strong relationships and seek alignment to support product initiatives.
10. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and sustainability trends in the packaging industry. Actively seek opportunities for learning and development to enhance your skills and expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, sustainability, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in product management roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position.
• Deep understanding of paper-based packaging materials, processes, and sustainability considerations.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and market research expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading Agile product development teams and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Passion for sustainability and driving positive environmental impact through innovative packaging solutions.
