What We’re Looking For :
Experience : 5-7 years of HR management experience (2 years in leadership).
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Certifications : SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
