Answer incoming calls from applicants, beneficiaries and the general public regarding DoAS programs. Provide accurate information in response to caller questions. Completes online application for callers over the phone. Research individual callers' records to confirm status. Provide detailed instructions of documentation needed. Mail, email or fax requested standard office documents to callers. Enter information into a call-tracking system to be referred to specific units for reply. In addition, they have assisted in the training and responding to questions from new employees.
